  I initially bought my property through RE/MAX and was very happy with the service provided by Giselle so it was an obvious choice to have them manage the property as well. From day 1 they made the whole process so effortless, they found fantastic tenants, who are still in the property and are looking into a third year. I have always been immediately notified if there were any issues with the property and the staff at RE/MAX always came to me with options to rectify them and copies of all receipts and paperwork followed. Any issues from the tenants or myself have always been communicated, with the staff as the go between, effectively, leaving no confusion. I believe the fee that I am charged to be extremely reasonable for the service I am being provided. I cannot fault them and pass on my experience to others when speaking about investment properties.

  RE/MAX Real Estate Cairns have managed our investment property portfolio for over 10 years, therefore choosing to sell our investment property with Ray Murphy & the team was an easy decision to make!

  We leased a commercial property through Ray Murphy at Cairns Remax and initially everything was great. But the massive 'For Lease' sign that was positioned above our business remained and to date after nearly 6 weeks was not removed. We spent nearly $6,000 on advertising for our business and yet people still thought our business was for lease. We complained to both Remax and the landlord but still their sign was not removed, and communication stopped altogether. So we had to pay someone to remove the sign so we can promote our business and not Remax I do not recommend anyone using Remax for signage on your roof or anywhere where they feel they have an advantage to not remove the sign. Good luck and I certainly would not recommend this business

  Have just completed a 6 month rental lease through Remax. The unit I was renting was up for sale so had Jamie Condran as my property manager, while Regan O'Neill was the selling agent.
  
  Both were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I can not recommend this company highly enough. Jamie was my direct contact and was amazing to deal with, promptly arranging any matters that required attention from property owners and a fantastic communicator. Regan was also fantastic to deal with whenever she contacted me to arrange access to show prospective buyers.
  
  If I'm ever looking to rent in the area or buy / sell a home, they will be my first and last point of contact to assist. Thanks guys.
